We are looking for a seasoned

SEO Manager

to lead our SEO division in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership role for an Arabic-speaking professional with over

5 years of agency experience

, who excels in managing teams, driving SEO strategy for a large portfolio of clients, and delivering measurable business growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire SEO function--from planning and team management to client communication and performance accountability.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role within an agency setting. Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading an SEO team. Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, off-page SEO, and analytics. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GSC). Strong ability to develop SEO strategies, set KPIs, forecast results, and present performance to clients and stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialists and content strategists.

Client Portfolio Management:

Oversee SEO strategy and performance for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop high-level SEO and digital growth strategies tailored to client business objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance across all accounts, using insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI.

Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for key clients, presenting strategies, reports, and recommendations.

Process Improvement:

Establish and refine SEO workflows, reporting standards, and best practices within the team.

Business Development:

Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to proposals for new clients.
