We are currently looking for a Sales Agent who is fluent in Arabic/English to join our Sales Department at our Dubai Office. As a Sales Agent, your main responsibilities will include developing and nurturing strong client connections, boosting sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and thrilling sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively interact with current and potential clients, mostly those who speak Arabic, in order to comprehend their investment requirements, offer personalized guidance, and establish enduring connections.

• Sustain a comprehensive knowledge of the Forex market, trading platforms, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively inform and educate clients about the company\'s offerings.

• Generate potential leads, convert them into clients, and attain personal and team sales objectives by employing effective strategies for relationship building, negotiation, and sales.

• Remain well-informed about market trends, economic events, and geopolitical factors that influence currency markets to deliver timely and accurate market insights to clients.

• Maintain precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and keep the customer updated.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• It is essential to be fluent in Arabic, both in written and spoken form, and possess proficient English communication skills.
• Having proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar role within the Forex industry is a requirement.
• A strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading platforms, and investment products is necessary.
• The ability to consistently surpass sales targets and meet deadlines in a competitive sales environment is expected.
• A strong interpersonal and communication skills is of utmost importance, which encompasses the capability to build relationships, negotiate successfully, and handle conflicts.
• It is essential to have a customer-centric mindset and a deep commitment to providing outstanding service and ensuring client contentment.
• Being self-driven and goal-oriented, along with possessing excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, is also vital. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
