Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers at the
Showroom
Handle
incoming calls
, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information
Manage customer
appointments
and prepare relevant documentatio
Maintain and organize documents in the
Archive Room
Support daily administrative and service desk tasks
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and communication
Requirements
Female Arabic speakers
Must be able to communicate in
Arabic & English
(spoken & written)
Previous experience in
customer service
,
reception
, or
automotive service center
is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Locally available in Qatar
with valid documents (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
