Bradosti Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Arabic Property Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Property Consultant (with off plan experience), you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Follow up with potential buyers and investors and fixing meetings
Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice on the market.
Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on property laws, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (off plan) 2 years at least (Dubai preferred).
will knowledge with top Real Estate developers in UAE and there projects
Good transections and closed deals history.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Arabic speaker ,fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred to have own visa .
