Looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant for a Finance Manager role with Oil & Gas Experience or Diversified Group of Companies Experience . Candidate either should be Arabic Native speaker OR English Native speaker . JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Release of various Financial reports as per the deadline including but not limited to Monthly accounts, A/R report, balance sheet, P & L account, Performance report) . Position is based in Abu Dhabi. 2. Verification of Worksheets for all Quotations and Tender in co-ordination with the Sales Staff 3. Responsible for raising Invoices within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery of goods/advise from Sales Department 4. Follow up the receivables from the client and ensure payments are received within the maximum of 45 days 5. Make sure that the payment to the Suppliers are always processed in a timely manner as per the terms and conditions of the Order 6. Prepare the annual budget in co-ordination with the General Manager within the prescribed time 7. Effective management of working capital. To manage the Fund on a daily basis, prepare cash flow and monitor the funds in a very effective manner so that operations are smoothly functioned in the Company 8. To get the Company Accounts audited by the statutory Auditors as per deadline 9. Payroll management. To ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to while preparing the monthly payroll 10. To have a proper control of accounting software and the integrity of the data 11. To have a regular Interaction and co-ordination with banks for all matters 12. To ensure that the assets of the company are adequately covered under the insurance SKILLS AND COMPETENCY 1. Skills in Finalization of Accounts and Budgeting 2. With supervisory skills and able to lead a team 3. Expert level in MS Excel and sound knowledge in various accounting packages Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
