Description
We are looking foran Arabic Receptionist for our Medical Center with good English communication skills, customer service skills, excellent administrative and multi-tasking abilities that will be helpful for both doctors and patients. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments between Doctors and patients.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
- Coordinate with the nurses and doctors to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
- Attend to all inquiries of the customers.
- Work experience in the same role (2 years & above)
- Arabic Speaking
- Willing to work in Shahama, Abu Dhabi (New Sadd Maareb Medical Centre)
- Willing to start immediately.
