Job Profile: Marketing Executive

Qualification: Any Management Degree, Specialization in Marketing will be added advantage

As a marketing executive for Business-to-Consumer (B2C- your primary responsibility will be to build

and manage the marketing strategy in line with product offering and able to promote product for

higher reach for a range of Consumers (perfume/cosmetics /electronic gadgets) industries. You will

be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing key customer relationships

(distributers mainly at big malls/luxury big brands), and ensuring the effective execution of marketing

initiatives

Role & Responsibility:

\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor market trends closely and create advertising strategy accordingly.

\xef\x82\xb7 Identify, develop new leads and follow up for its successful closure.

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in marketing for campaigns, conferences, events, exhibitions

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for increasing overall branding and awareness of the Group.

\xef\x82\xb7 Creating a comprehensive marketing plan and develop programs and campaigns across

different channels and segments.

\xef\x82\xb7 Analysing customer insights, trends, and marketing best practices using website, social

media, survey, email marketing to formulate effective strategies.

\xef\x82\xb7 Building and maintaining relationships with customers, have Customer centric approach.

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand the product and provide product offering to the customer

Skills & Experience:

Candidate must have experience in UAE atleast 3-4 years

\xef\x82\xb7 Must have high customer centric approach.

\xef\x82\xb7 Self-motivated, go-getter, creative and confident.

\xef\x82\xb7 Energetic personality with perseverance and good in follow-ups.

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\xef\x82\xb7 Proactive with attention to detail.

\xef\x82\xb7 Willing to travel.
