Arabic Marketing Coordinator

Location:

Dubai - JLT (On-site)

We're looking for an

Arabic Creative Marketing Coordinator

to support our Account Executives in managing client accounts. You'll help plan and execute marketing projects to meet clients' needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing sales and marketing materials (e.g., proposals, presentations, analyses) Help deliver client presentations Schedule content for clients' social media channels Proofread and review content before publishing Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement projects Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner Support Account Managers with day-to-day account management tasks

Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Marketing Coordinator, Assistant Account Manager, or similar role

Native Arabic speaker

(essential) Experience in

project management

; background in advertising or social media marketing is a plus Proficient in

MS Office

Knowledge of

Canva

,

CapCut

, or other editing tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work well under pressure
