Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Processing:

Accurately post and process invoices and bills, and update financial data in accounts payable and receivable modules to ensure readiness for reporting.

Record Keeping:

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, including systematic filing and archiving of all financial documents.

Financial Reporting Support:

Assist in the preparation of various financial reports by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Reconciliation:

Support reconciliation activities for various accounts as required.

Compliance:

Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Nationality:

Must be of

Arabic nationality

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in an accounting role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with accounting software; experience with

Odoo

is a significantadvantage.

Accounting Knowledge:

Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and practices.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional meticulousness and accuracy are paramount for maintaining data integrity.

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to work with numbers, analyze financial data, and identify discrepancies.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent capabilities in organizing tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining well-structured financial records.

Teamwork & Communication:

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with good communication skills.
