We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Arabic Graphic Designer and Media Buyer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, the ability to create compelling Arabic visual content, and hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.

This is a dual-role opportunity that combines

graphic design for Arabic-speaking audiences

with

media buying and performance marketing

responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns tailored to Arabic audiences. Ensure cultural relevance and localization of all creative assets. Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals. Design static and animated creatives (motion graphics a plus).

Media Buying

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and suggest creative/data-driven improvements. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Perform A/B testing for creatives, placements, and messaging.

Requirements:

Fluency in

Arabic

(native level) and

proficient in English

. Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

with a strong portfolio. Solid understanding of

digital advertising platforms

(Meta, Google, etc.). Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus). Experience with tools like

Canva

,

Figma

, or

Premiere Pro

is a bonus. Strong understanding of Arabic design aesthetics and audience preferences. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in

performance marketing

or

eCommerce

. Basic knowledge of

analytics tools

(e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
