Arabic General Dental Practitioner

to join our team on a full-time basis.

A Salary with a commission-based structure.

40% commission out of total income.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, periodontal therapy, emergency dental care, all restorative procedures, and excellent prosthodontic treatment protocols. Experience with handling OPG, and CBCT and provide accurate radiographical diagnosis. Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries very well. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients. Educate patients on oral health and preventive care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Market dental services to attract new patients and retain existing ones. Manage patient flow efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Uphold the highest standards of patient care and professionalism. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Valid MOH license. Minimum experience of 5+ years. Proven experience as a General Dentist Practitioner. Strong working knowledge and skills in all dental procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to market dental services effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle am average patient flow initially and gradually build a thriving database. Strong business personality with a results-oriented mindset.
