: Apt Resources is looking for an Arabic / French speaking Receptionist to join our client's office at a multinational trading company. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to both local and international visitors and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls in Arabic and French, and provide information as needed
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Support various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Assist other departments with project-related tasks as required
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and French (both spoken and written)
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Must be currently in UAE
Benefits: AED 7k to 10k depending on experience
