Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Telesales Representative to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services to potential customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication skills.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and objections.
Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Accurately record customer details, sales information, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide product/service information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales techniques and achieve overall goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
