Serdar Properties, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is looking for a
highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant
to support senior management. This role requires someone who can handle
multiple responsibilities
, not only secretarial work, but full office and management support.
What you will do
Manage schedules, calls, meetings, and travel for management
Handle emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations
Support office operations including HR, admin, and coordination tasks
Update contracts, records, and CRM entries
Liaise with staff, clients, and external stakeholders
Assist with day-to-day business and personal tasks as required
What we are looking for
Female candidate with 2+ years PA / Executive Assistant / Admin experience in UAE
Fluent in English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage
Skilled in MS Office, web tools, and CRM systems
Flexible, professional, and able to multitask effectively
Currently in UAE and ready to join immediately
What we offer
Salary AED 3,000 - 5,000 (based on experience)
Visa, medical insurance, annual leave (as per UAE law)
