Key Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly sales targets by generating retail clients and securing corporate partnerships.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through telesales, referrals, cold calls, corporate visits, and social media.
Manage B2B sales, including preparing quotations and negotiating contracts.
Handle the full sales process: lead generation, database management, marketing pipelines, booking, and confirmation communications.
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through professional, engaging communication.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (fitness/wellness industry is a plus).
Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
Excellent communication skills--verbal and written.
Energetic, personable, and confident engaging with all types of people.
A team player with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Physically fit; fitness science qualification is an advantage.
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet).
Compensation:
Salary + commission
