Key Requirements:

Native Arabic speaker

with excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort environment.

Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera PMS software is essential.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect genuinely with guests from diverse backgrounds. A gracious, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately. A problem-solving attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Immaculate personal presentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
