Roles and Responsibilities

Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures. Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time. Prepare structure specifications. Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents. Prepare scaled drawing
Desired Candidate Profile

At least 5 years of proven experience in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with full knowledge of the procedures for submitting transactions to official authorities (municipality, planning department, etc.). proficiency in basic architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Experienced in architectural facade design, with a high ability to produce professional quality 3D designs.Possess a distinctive artistic sense and architectural taste, along with the ability to innovate and provide appropriate design solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a tactful approach to dealing with clients and customers.
Ability to coordinate effectively with government agencies, consultants, owners, and contractors.
Comprehensive knowledge of Abu Dhabi's architectural regulations and requirements.
Proficient in spoken and written Arabic. Knowledge of relevant legal constraints such as zoning codes, safety regulations and accessibility standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
