Job Description

What You Will Do:

Lead the successful implementation of ERP solutions, including POS, Inventory Management, Purchasing and Finance & Accounting modules. Configure and test ERP and POS systems, ensuring accurate data migration and accounts tagging. Provide in-depth training to clients on all aspects of the ERP and POS system, including financial and management accounting. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique financial and operational needs and tailor implementation strategies accordingly. Ensure projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. Provide ongoing support to clients, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring their long-term success. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on best practices for financial operations within the F&B industry. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ERP and POS solutions and implementation methodologies.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in implementing ERP and POS systems. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices. Experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and results-oriented with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferably an Arabic speaker.
