Urgently hiring Arabic Chef / Cook for PALMA BEACH RESORT & SPA. Responsibilities:

Menu planning and preparing dishes according to our recipes
Responsible for performing a variety of cooking duties including preparing food, testing new recipes and plating dishes.
Ensure adequate food supplies are available and shopping for ingredients
Being diligent with food handling skills
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation.

Requirements:

Good organization and hygiene practices.
Preferably candidates who can join immediately.
Skills
Proven working experience as a Chef in Arabic dishes
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office & restaurant management software)
