Prepare food according to hotel procedures to ensure the quality and value of its product is of the most preferred 5-star hotel standard. Maintain efficiency and cleanliness of kitchen.
Ensure mise-en-place is prepared according to Supervisor's instructions.
Ensure any dishes prepared by self or kitchen hands or trainees are up to the hotel's standards set by the Executive Chef.
To carry goods from receiving area or store to kitchen.
Ensure cleanliness of refrigerators in the section for which responsible.
Bring to Chef De Partie's attention what food stuff has to be ordered and used to avoid or minimize food wastage.
