Job Description

1. Food preparation



Prepare traditional dishes such as mandi, kabsa, machboos, hummus, shawarma, grills, and mezze Use authentic Arabic spices and cooking methods Marinate meats and prepare sauces, rice, and breads

2. Cooking and presentation



Cook food according to recipes and standards Ensure good taste, aroma, and attractive presentation Maintain consistency in dishes

3. Kitchen hygiene and safety



Keep the kitchen clean and organized Follow food safety and hygiene rules Store food properly to avoid spoilage

4. Menu planning



Help design Arabic menus Suggest new dishes or seasonal items Control portion sizes and reduce food waste

5. Stock and cost control



Check ingredient quality and freshness Manage food inventory Reduce food costs while maintaining quality

6. Teamwork



Work with kitchen staff and helpers Train junior cooks when required
Skills needed

Knowledge of Arabic cuisine and spices Cooking skills and creativity Time management Ability to work under pressure Attention to cleanliness
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
