Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Arabic dishes, including appetizers, pastries ,main courses, Shawarma and desserts.
Ensure authenticity of recipes and maintain the highest culinary standards.
Develop and update menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
Train and guide kitchen staff in Arabic cooking techniques and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a reputable restaurant .
In-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine and cooking methods.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ready to start immediately.
Having an own Visa is a must.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
