Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

social media strategies and content calendars

in English and Arabic. Plan, create, and schedule posts across

Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

.

Lead and coordinate

creative teams (designers, videographers, editors) to produce engaging content. Supervise

photo and video shoots

to ensure alignment with brand vision. Serve as the

main point of contact

between clients and internal teams. Ensure a

smooth workflow

and

on-time delivery

of all projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

Fluency in Arabic and English

(spoken & written) -- essential*
Proven experience in a

digital marketing or advertising agency

-- a plus*
Experience

managing creative teams

-- essential*
Hands-on experience in

social media management

(multi-account, post creation, scheduling)

Creative mindset

and strong sense of visual style Solid understanding of

marketing strategy

and campaign execution Ability to think

outside the box

and bring fresh ideas to the table Knowledge of

photo/video editing tools
