The Arabic-Speaking Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service in both Arabic and English. The role combines front-desk reception duties with sales responsibilities, including promoting the center's medical and wellness services to patients and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person or by phone, and assist them professionally.
Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
Register new patients and update existing records accurately.
Provide information about the center's services, offers, and treatments in an engaging and persuasive manner.
Promote and upsell medical or aesthetic services to meet sales targets.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow.
Handle payments, invoices, and daily cash reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Support marketing and promotional activities as required.

Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative, preferably in a medical or aesthetic center.
Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good computer skills (MS Office, appointment software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexible to work in shifts or weekends if required.
