This isn't your average admin role. One day you'll be onboarding new talent, the next you'll be coordinating with vendors for a major event. If you love variety and making an impact, this is for you.

Your Mission:

Be the Office Anchor: Handle everything from schedules and documents to keeping our workspace running efficiently.

Nurture Our Team: Take charge of recruitment support, seamless onboarding, and accurate HR/payroll records.

Bring Events to Life: Jump in and assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination--getting your hands dirty to ensure our projects are a success.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

2-4 years of experience in Admin/HR.

A background in event management (this is a must-have!).

A "get-it-done" attitude and legendary multitasking skills.

Stellar communication abilities and are a whiz with MS Office.

Arab females only.

Language: Arabic-English.

Residents of the UAE.
