Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits in accordance with the IIA standards and organizational policies. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Prepare audit findings and recommendations in comprehensive reports for senior management. Assist in the development of the annual audit plan and perform risk assessments. Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance improvements.

Requirements:

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

- mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of internal auditing experience, preferably within a consultancy or professional services firm. Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
