We are seeking a patient-focused professional to manage the full patient journey inside our medical center while supporting mobile video content creation for social media.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with patients from registration through consultation, payment, and post-visit
Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and personalized patient experience
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits
Capture short videos/photos using a mobile phone (doctors, treatments, clinic moments)
Suggest content ideas and coordinate with the marketing team
Maintain patient privacy and obtain consent for all content
Requirements
Experience in patient relations, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone
Creative mindset with basic social media knowledge
Professional attitude and appearance
Fluent in English
