Making all documentations for processing of advance foreign payments (Service and Supplies.
Preparation of commercial documents pertaining to export sales and timely submission to bank for collection
Preparation of fortnightly BRS for all the banks
Ensuring correct posting of amortization to correct GL from Prepaid Expense
Preparation of B/Sheet Schedules as per IFRS related to concerned Party, Miscellaneous Income, Prepaid Expense
Monthly booking of Accrued Interest cost of TR in SAP and Interest Income if any
Liaising with the banks and internally with purchase/customer service for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documents.
Acting as backup for Inventory and costing transactions
Bachelor of Commerce
5-7 years of experience in AR Specialist Accounts and finance with at least 2 years in a large organization handling AR Specialist accounting.
. Added advantage- experience in a General Trading Company / Manufacturing Company
Proficiency in MS Excel/SAP
Fluency in English, Arabic knowledge is added advantage
