\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in systems integrations and manage a ticketed query system, ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is maintained.
\xc2\xb7 Keep technical documents and procedures up-to-date.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with local and international vendors as required.
\xc2\xb7 Deliver both regular and customized training to internal teams.
\xc2\xb7 Develop maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for our systems.
\xc2\xb7 Possess working knowledge of Oracle and other databases.
\xc2\xb7 Write code for data extraction and develop reports for various teams.
\xc2\xb7 Have a solid understanding of hardware and network systems. What You Need:

- Speaking English and Arabic is a big plus.
- 4-5 years in application support, especially with system integration and analyzing business tech.
- Prefer a Master\xe2\x80\x99s in computer science, but a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s is a must.
- Great at working with a team, organizing things, and solving problems.
- Knowledge about InsurTech / Health Insurance would be preferred
