- Providing first-level support for all systems with the client
- 5-7 years of experience in technical support for applications.
- Team player who can coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders within the company
- Ability to work under pressure and in tight periods of time.
- He has familiarity with well-known technologies and programming languages such as Java/ .Net
- Good at presenting technical information.
- He has excellent written, verbal, and communication skills (in both languages, Arabic and English)
- Bachelors degree in computer science.
- 5-8 years in computer science and related fields
