Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Supporting potential customers and dealers to transfer knowledge and technical experience,
- Conducting technical presentations and training sessions for our partners and customers,
- Providing training sessions for partners on troubleshooting our products,
- Addressing customer complaints promptly and offer after-sales support as needed,
- Leading technical discussions with the factory concerning new product launches and product upgrades,
- Providing thorough explanations of hydronic analysis reports to the customers, ensuring clarity and understanding of the findings,
- Presenting proposed solutions and their benefits to clients,
- Promoting digitalization of applications using Danfoss products,
- Working on technical analysis for our products to highlight our value proposition in sales,
- Being a presenter in big public seminars and in house events,
- Products Trouble shooting at site,
- Leading and creating opportunities in retrofit business.

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, (preferably Mechanical Engineer),
- At least 5 years of experience in a related position,
- Technical background in HVAC system in GCC is a must,
- Knowledge in chilled water Balancing and Control solutions, District Cooling and building management system (BMS),
- Good communication skills with problem-solving mindset,
- Basic marketing knowledge is a plus,
- Ability to travel,
- Fluent in English is a must.
