Application Support Specialist
Job Description
Required 3-5years of experience
Good understanding of Siebel Architecture. Hands on knowledge in Siebel CRM Application, Workflow, Configuration and EAI.
Hands on experience in trouble shooting Siebel related problems on production, Incident Analysis& resolution, and RCA related to Siebel Application.
Hands on experience in supporting data application like Informatica & Reporting tools (PowerBI/Qlikview/Cognos).
Hands on experience in Unix Command
Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like TIBCO/Open API/ Micro Services.
Very good Knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
