Job Description

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate and interpret technical problems effectively. Experience in Application Support and Technical Support for radiology or similar medical equipment. Excellent Communication skills to provide training, support, and liaise with clients and internal teams effectively. Prior experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage on-site responsibilities proactively. Provide clinical application support and training for radiology equipment and conduct product demonstrations, installations, and user training sessions Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales activities Assist in workflow optimization and system utilization Coordinate with service, sales, and supplier's teams Prepare application reports, presentations, and documentation

Requirements:

FEMALE

Bilingual (Arabic & English)

3-5 years relative experience Medical Imaging / Radiology Industry Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
