JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Application Interface Analyst Section/Department: It & Computer Services Reporting to: IT Manager/HOD
Purpose and Scope of the Job Experience into Healthcare IT Industry with relevant experience into healthcare Integration. Strong skills with Healthcare Integration Implementations as Integration Consultant/Interface Architect. The responsibilities of an interface analyst include but not limited to troubleshooting interface issues, managing application development, integrating software, creating testing procedures, providing technical support to staff, and recommend strategies to optimize business operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
Qualifications, Competences and Skills Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences/Information Systems/Business Major or related field of study with equivalent experience with 5+ years’ direct experience working with large scale enterprise information systems. Licensure: Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English Languages Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- As a Cerner Integration the service of building communication links between different systems within the hospital through its well-developed OPENLink Interface engine.
- Implementing End to End HL7 standard Compliant, Real-Time & Batch Interfaces using Integration Engines (Cerner OPENLink and OPEN ENGIN)
- Implementing HL7 Inbound and Outbound Interfaces for Clinical and Financial Healthcare workflows.
- Design and Implementation – Planning and designing the interface design diagram and assisting Interface Engineers during project life cycle as per project requirement.
- Tools development, troubleshooting sessions, compliance across organizations and making decisions related to external project issues, risks, and escalations.
- Defining and designing the strategic plan for the team on focus areas, action items and achievements with regular reviews and feedbacks to track progress and roadblocks.
- Continuous process improvements, Target settings and reviews, Performance cycle activities etc.
- Analyzing, Designing, Implementing and Testing Clinical documents and reports as per requirements.
- Point of contact for Clinical Doc’s team.
- Experience in Hospital LIS system is ideal (Cerner CCL etc.)
- Exposure to the clinical healthcare environment.
