Job Description

Job Summary:

The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, product application expertise, and customized engineering solutions to clients. The role involves coordinating between the sales, design, and project execution teams to ensure optimal technical performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-qualification, tendering, and project execution stages. Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to select suitable products and solutions. Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, and cost-effective design proposals. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure product approval and smooth implementation. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams. Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for technical clarifications and customized solutions. Support project execution by providing design modifications and resolving site-related technical issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering

(depending on product line).

5-6 years of UAE experience

in a similar role within the

MEP / HVAC / Firefighting / Pumps / Valves / Controls

industry. Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and project specifications. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

MS Office

, and engineering design tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
