Danfoss drives, specifically referred to as Danfoss variable frequency drives (VFDs), are sophisticated electronic devices designed to regulate the speed and torque of electric motors. We are seeking a motivated Application Engineer Trainee to participate in a one-year trainee program, offering opportunities for advancement within our organization. This position will be located in Dubai, UAE.
What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of application solutions to meet customer requirements,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including local application engineers, to enhance product performance and functionality,
• Engage in customer visits and pre-sales activities such as simulations and design of solutions,
• Participate in commissioning and service trips, working alongside partners to ensure successful project execution,
• Projects are handed over to the application trainee and supervised by a mentor, ensuring a structured learning experience.

What We're Looking For

• Under/Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, or a corresponding technical education/background.
• 0-2 years of experience after graduation.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Curious and willing to learn, with a strong ambition for personal development and career aspirations.
