Job Description
:
Responsible for the fan selection, quotation preparation, CFD Analysis for Car Park Ventilation. ESP Calculation. Electrical Connection for Ventilation system. Ensures Ventilation systems meet performance, safety, energy e!iciency, and regulatory standards while supporting project delivery from planning through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and size ventilation in accordance with industry standards and building regulations. Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Calculate airflow requirements, duct sizing, pressure losses, and system e!iciency. Support installation and commissioning of ventilation systems on-site. Conduct inspections, testing, and performance assessments of ventilation equipment. Troubleshoot system faults and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines Prepare technical reports, documentation, and Submittal.
