Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Application Engineer to provide technical support and solutions for API

pumps used in the oil & gas sector. The idealcandidate will have strong expertise in pump systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and sales teams to ensure optimal product application.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance on the selection, application, and installation of API pumps. Collaborate with clients, EPC contractors, and internal teams to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and proposals. Assist the sales team in responding to technical queries, RFQs, and tenders. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits as required. Analyze pump performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions. Keep updated with industry standards, API specifications, and competitor products. Support project teams during design, commissioning, and start-up phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in API pumps, preferably in the oil & gas sector. Strong knowledge of pump systems, hydraulics, and API standards. Experience in providing technical support for sales and project teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
