Job Title: Full-Stack App Developer (AI-Powered Facial Hair Consultation Platform)

Remote or Dubai-based (Preferred)

3-6 months (with possible extension)

About the Project:

We are developing a cutting-edge AI-powered application tailored for barbershops. The platform focuses on

facial hair consultation, grooming plan execution, and quality control.

This is

not

a booking or scheduling tool -- it's a

fully specialized system

for barbers, clients, and QC teams.

This app will run on both

web and mobile platforms

and serve four distinct user roles:

Client, Barber, Reception, and Quality Control.

Your Role:

As the lead developer, your task is to

build the complete system

-- frontend, backend, AI integrations, image/video handling, and database management.

You'll work directly with the founder who already has:

A working AI prototype for facial/hair analysis Full program flow documentation UI mockups and functional requirements Detailed bone, scalp, beard analysis structure Defined outputs for AI image generation and grooming suggestions

Key Responsibilities:

Build a

cross-platform app

(React Native / Flutter preferred) Develop frontend and backend logic (Node.js, Firebase, Python backend preferred) Integrate

AI modules

for: Facial & bone structure recognition Hair/beard density & scalp analysis AI-based haircut/beard suggestions 3D or video rendering of suggested styles Implement role-based access (Client, Barber, Reception, QC) Create storage for client visit history, photo/video logs, and service tracking Build interface for barbers to draw and execute grooming plans Enable quality control team to compare plans vs execution using video/photo

Must-Have Skills:

Full-stack development (React Native or Flutter, Node.js, Firebase) Experience with AI/ML model integration (Vision Transformers, DeepLab, Mediapipe, etc.) Proficiency in image & video handling/generation Strong understanding of scalable architecture and UI best practices

Bonus Points:

Experience with 3D rendering or NeRF-style AI models Familiarity with salon/barbershop operations Based in or familiar with the UAE market
