Job Description

We are looking for Apparel Sourcing Merchandisers for our Dubai Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors for raw materials, trims, and finished garments. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to meet company cost and quality objectives. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely sample development and approvals. Monitor and track production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct market research to stay updated with trends, fabric innovations, and sourcing destinations. Ensure all sourcing activities comply with ethical and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or merchandising in the apparel industry. Strong knowledge of garment production, fabric types, and global sourcing markets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
