API Connect Developer:
Must have experience of Banking, SOA Delivery methodology, SOA Center of excellence and
implementation of SOA best practices
2. Knowledge of Banking Service standards such as ISO8583, IFX, Open Bank Project, ISO20022 and
SWIFT.
3. Core Service design experience that covers the following :
a. Design, develop, and implement APIs using IBM API Connect.
b. Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards.
c. Proficiency in building RESTful services, XML/JSON using IBM API Connect.
d. Have worked on API Securities like OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect.
e. Manage the full API lifecycle, including creation, deployment, and versioning.
f. Monitor and analyze API performance and usage.
g. Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
h. Provide support and troubleshooting for API-related issues.
i. Also worked on IBM Datapower and have strong knowledge on developing services.
j. Experience with Rest APIs
k. Experience with WebServices. Responsible for Implementing & delivering technical services for Multi-Tier & SOA Architecture
5. Contributed to best approach strategies for SOA implementation based on Service Analysis.
6. Prepare technical designs documents for multiple projects in ADIB.
7. Involved in inception/ strengthening of SOA practice.
8. Strong Hands-on Development Experience at the following Areas:
a. IBM Data Power Development & Administration
b. IBM API Connect Development & Admin Understand ADIB business requirements.
10. Prepare IARs and related documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
11. Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
12. Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved Services.
13. Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services Operational Support
For post go-live activities intensive care period ,he should be
able to Provide 3rd level of support for SOA Solution and
ensure data ingestion & processing is completed as required.
Raise and follow-up with others where required for
troubleshooting / fixes ensuring that the standard SLAs are
met. Documentation / Service Ownership
The incumbent is responsible to take ownership, maintain
& update documented processes or documentation
related to his job function. In the event where processes
or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be
responsible to inform the owner of any document about
required changes or improvements.
