Excellent in academic qualifications and subject knowledge At least 2 years relevant teaching experience, focusing on AP Physics Ideal candidates for the position will display: In-depth knowledge of subject matter A dynamic and engaging teaching style A proactive personality type with a knack for innovation and creative thinking Effective communication skills An enthusiasm for learning Patience, sincerity, and compassion : Understanding curriculum requirements and creating syllabus, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements. Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them. Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track Tutor students and ensure good teaching quality. Communicate with parents and teachers, reflect on problems in time Attending meetings,training sessions, workshops, conferences, and other continuing education initiatives.
