Key Responsibilities
Customer RelationshipManage administrative and operational matters for the Airfreight department
Oversee daily coordination of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments
Develop customer relationships and service key accounts per contracts and SOPs
Ensure 24/7 responsiveness, courtesy, and efficiency during assigned shifts
Documentation & TransportationProcess, coordinate, and document all customer requirements
Monitor and update AOG shipping movements
Perform and coordinate transport management tasks
CustomsCoordinate with clearance staff to ensure timely delivery of shipments
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in international Logistics or equivalent
IATA/DG certification
Experience handling Aero parts, especially AOG shipments
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a customer-centric approach
Independent, systematic, and adaptable to changing requirements
Fit for shift duty (8 or 12-hour shifts; 24/7/365 support including weekends and holidays)
Proficient in MS Office and related systems
Tech-savvy with high customer orientation
Organizationally fit with good moral character
