Job Description
Job Specifications and Key Accountabilities:
Must have minimum 2 years experience in Zoo Facilities or as an animal care taker
Give food and water to animals. Examine animals for signs of illness or injury. Exercise animals. Train animals to obey or to behave in a specific manner. Cleans and disinfects cages, pens, and yards and sterilizes laboratory equipment and surgical instruments. Examines animals for signs of illness and treats them according to instructions. Transfers animals between cages. Adjusts controls to regulate temperature and humidity of animals' cages. Records information according to instructions, such as genealogy, diet, weight, medications, food intake. Repairs cages, pens, or fenced yards Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.Salary: AED2,500 plus Meals on site, 1 flight ticket every 2 years, medical insurance, amenities, 6-day work schedule, laundry service
