Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Angular Product Manager

to lead the planning, design, and delivery of our ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate will have over

5 years of hands-on experience

with Angular (latest versions) and a strong background in ERP systems. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and clients to ensure the successful execution of product strategy and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the

product lifecycle

for Angular-based ERP applications, from concept to release. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Define clear product roadmaps, feature specifications, and release schedules. Lead cross-functional teams (UI/UX, development, QA) to deliver high-quality ERP modules. Ensure Angular development follows best practices, coding standards, and scalability principles. Review and approve technical designs, ensuring alignment with product objectives. Monitor product performance, identify improvement areas, and manage product backlog. Stay up to date with Angular trends, ERP market needs, and emerging technologies. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment. Provide product training and documentation for end-users and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years

of professional experience working with

Angular (v13 and above)

. Proven track record in

ERP systems

(design, customization, or implementation). Strong understanding of ERP workflows in finance, HR, inventory, or manufacturing. Experience in product management or leadership in software development projects. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, state management, and responsive design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

.NET Core / SQL Server

back-end environments. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
