Responsibilities:-

Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals. Lead the development of Android mobile applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and an exceptional user experience. Design and implement secure authentication mechanisms, ensuring compliance with industry standards for data security and privacy. Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to build seamless integrations between mobile apps and backend services. Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and smooth functionality across a wide range of Android devices. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that follows Android development best practices and design patterns. Stay up-to-date with the latest Android trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the team is at the forefront of mobile development. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance mobile applications to ensure a high-quality user experience. Lead efforts in designing and implementing robust testing strategies to ensure bug-free, high-performance applications. Work on the integration of APIs, databases, and third-party services to enhance app functionality. Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing mobile interfaces. Manage app releases on Google Play, handling platform-specific requirements and optimizations to ensure seamless deployment. Lead initiatives to ensure app security and implement best practices in mobile app security.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, or a related Engineering field to Computer Science 9+ years of experience in android development with a focus on financial services Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android development tools Strong knowledge of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP), and best practices Experience with secure coding practices, encryption, and mobile app security protocols (e.g., SSL, OAuth) Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services for financial solutions Familiarity with payment gateways, financial APIs, and mobile banking systems Knowledge of app deployment on Google Play and handling Android-specific compliance issues. Proficiency on working with source versioning systems Profound understanding of OWASP security principles Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on creating scalable and secure solutions. Experience with Firebase or other analytics tools for mobile apps. Experience with cross-platform development (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
