Job Description
We are looking for a Mobile Developer with strong expertise in native Android development (Kotlin/Java) and hands-on experience in Flutter to build scalable, high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will lead Android development while contributing to cross-platform initiatives, mentoring team members, and collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of native Android applications using Kotlin and Java
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
- Design and implement scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and payment gateways
- Ensure high standards for performance, security, and app stability
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers (Android & Flutter)
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions
- Manage app releases on Google Play Store
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of mobile app development experience
- Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin & Java)
- Hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart
- Deep understanding of Android SDK & Jetpack components
- Experience with Coroutines, Flow, LiveData
- Experience with Flutter state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience with Firebase (FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
