We are seeking experienced
Analyzer Technician
responsible for the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of online process analyzers and associated sampling systems to ensure accurate and reliable measurements for process control and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning:
+ Install and commission process analyzers such as gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, pH meters, moisture analyzers, and other refinery-related instruments.
+ Ensure proper integration with control systems (DCS/PLC).
Maintenance & Calibration:
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of analyzers and sampling systems.
+ Maintain analyzer shelters and ensure environmental protection for sensitive equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
+ Diagnose faults in analyzer systems and perform corrective actions promptly.
+ Replace defective components and restore systems to operational status.
Compliance & Documentation:
+ Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.
+ Ensure compliance with refinery safety standards and international regulations (API, ASTM, IEC).
Safety & Quality Assurance:
+ Support quality control by ensuring analyzers provide accurate data for process optimization.
+ Participate in safety audits and hazard analysis related to analyzer systems.
Profile
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analyzer maintenance within oil & gas or refinery environment.
Strong knowledge of process analyzers, sampling systems, and associated control systems.
Familiarity with hazardous area classifications (ATEX, IECEx) and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&IDs.
