Job Description
The roles involved data entry of vendor invoices, vendor registration and payment preparation. The candidate needs
to be a well organized and structured person, able to work under pressure and to deadlines. The role requires high
attention to detail and accuracy, and good knowledge of VAT and WHT regulations. Transactions must be made into
Oracle EBS and records maintained as per the company requirements. The candidate will frequently be in contact
with colleagues in purchasing and logistics, finance and accounting, management, and with suppliers domestically
and abroad. The company has a lot of transactions with affiliates and 3rd parties overseas. Depending on
qualification and performance, the role may extend to other accounting areas, such as accounting controls, analysis
and supporting audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
Prior accounting experience preferable, but not essential.
Working knowledge of standard application software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication; strong planning and organization skills
Strong desire to work across teams to find solutions and improve performance.
