Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Support the different stage-gate process steps, under supervision of the stage-gate specialist, to ensure a stage gate process running according to best practices, facilitating management's decision making on the implementation of portfolio initiatives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities Analysis & Support Collect data, analyse and report information relevant to the various stage-gate process steps, in line with the project plan and under supervision of the stage-gate specialist, to provide decision makers with correct and complete information throughout the stage-gate process. Collect information pertaining to the initiatives being reviewed, ensuring that the complete, relevant and correct information will be used in analyses moving forward Perform analyses on sourced information in order to extract relevant information and formulate recommendations in terms of viability, risks, strengths and weaknesses of the initiative. Perform evaluation of competitor's activities on related projects Contribute to market studies to define who and what is already in the market as well as what can potentially be developed Perform several analyses to contribute to product definition (user needs, customer value, market analysis, etc.) Contribute to the review of project business cases by challenging and scrutinizing the value proposition, project cost, schedule and expected benefits. Ensure that business case is development according to standard templates, financial metrics and rules Contribute to Project Plan by performing various tasks related to planning and resource management Collect, analyse, interpret and communicate results of various testing phases Reporting & Documentation Establish reports and insights, in line with corporate strategy and guidelines, to capture most important findings ready for communication towards management Prepare relevant materials for meetings and presentations, in line with the agreed-upon content to ensure that the information shared is relevant, correct and timely available. File relevant project documents so that all information is safely stored and readily accessible to all relevant stakeholders. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal Line Manager Project teams QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 4 years of relevant experience Good project management skills Good analytical skills Excellent communication skills
